While properties may be listed on each of the major websites for vacation rentals - Vrbo, TripAdvisor/FlipKey, etc. independently, vacation rental listings may also be purchased and managed through MyVR. If changes are made to property information in the MyVR account - e.g. marking certain dates as booked - then that change would be propagated to all advertising automatically.
MyVR also provides the ability to set up a customized website to advertise vacation rentals.
