NOTE:
- Keep internal notes on a renter, viewable by all users with the MyVR account.
- Renter notes are centralized and can be read from any reservation or inquiry related to the renter.
Create Internal Renter Note
Step 1: Navigate to Messages > Inquiries
Step 2: Click Search & Filters, search for guest name or use filter parameters.
Step 3: Click on the message line to open Inquiry.
Step 4: In the Renter section, click the Renter icon
Step 5: Click the Notes tab
* Previously entered notes appear in chronological order*
Step 6: Enter your note and click Save Note
