There is a reminder email automatically sent to the renter two days before a payment is due. Renters are notified of the amount of the payment due and provided a link to complete the payment. This gives them the opportunity to pay with a different card or select the card they've already used.
This reminder may be edited by going to Automation > Transactional Emails > Reservation Payment Due (Manual Payment)
MyVR account users will be notified any time a payment is made. Users also have the ability to charge a renter's card on the renter's behalf.
