Managing notification contact settings

By default, MyVR will automatically establish a notification email address matching the email address of the account owner. All guest communication notifications will be sent to this email address. A mobile number may also be added to receive text notifications for new inquiries and reservations.

To change the inquiry notification email address or add a mobile number:

  1. Log into MyVR
  2. On the left-hand navigation, click Setup
  3. Select Notifications

From the Primary Notifications page, enter the preferred email address and/or mobile number to receive notifications.
