If a user is unable to log in, the following steps will help the user establish a new password:
- Click "SIGN IN" at the top right-hand corner of the MyVR home page
- Click on "FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?" below the green sign in button
- Enter the email address used on the account
- Check your email account for the email we sent and click on the link provided
- Set a new password
Note: If the email cannot be found, please be sure to check spam or junk folders.
