How do I change webpage titles appearing in browser tabs?

The title in the tab of your browser is the HTML title of a specific webpage for a website.  

To change the tab title, follow the Edit Meta-Tag tutorial and enter the new tab title in the field below "HTML Title." 

NOTE: Users will be making an SEO change, so choose a searchable term.
