Why are Emails from Marketing Channels Identified as "Unspecified" in my Inbox?

There are many reasons an inquiry may be marked as "unspecified" within your inbox. One of the primary reasons is due to the fact we are only able to reliably process inquiries from listings that are fully managed by MyVR (i.e. you manage your listing through your MyVR account). When this is not the case, we may not parse the information in the email correctly, or the information may not be present at all. For example, the major listing sites remove the renter contact information from the emails sent for inquiries.
