The MyVR message section offers multiple different tools to manage incoming inquiries.

Select multiple messages
Selecting multiple messages at once is possible using the dropdown in the select menu which will allow all messages of a certain status to be selected at once.
Archive inquiry messages
Inquiries can be archived by selecting an inquiry and then either clicking the archive icon at the top or selecting archive from the right-hand action drop-down:
Archived inquiries can later be revealed by using the filter function.
Permanently delete messages
Unlike archiving, deleting a message will remove it from MyVR permanently. This can be down by either selecting a message and clicking the trash or selecting delete from the right-hand action menu:
Mark messages as read/unread
Marking a message as read or unread can be done by selecting a message and clicking either the eye icons at the top or selecting the option from the right-hand action drop-down:
Sort messages
Messages can be sorted in a variety of ways by selecting the sort drop-down:
Filter messages
Filtering messages by specific criteria can be done by clicking the Search & Filters button:
Filter options can narrow down results to a very specific set of inquiries. Examples include by property or by source. Users may also choose to include archived messages in the search:
Create an inquiry
It is possible to manually create an inquiry in MyVR if desired. This can be down by clicking the New button at the top and selecting New Inquiry:
From there, select a property, fill out the renter details/check-in dates, and click create inquiry:
