Every time an inquiry is made on a property, the contact is added to your contact list. A complete history of your interactions is stored and the range of features available to you makes contact management easy and thorough.
Navigate to Inbox > Contacts and select Contacts from the side menu. You will see a list of all your contacts, through which you can scroll, search for a specific contact or manually add a contact.
If you click on a contact name you will open their detail view, where you can review and revise their information.
Access the relevant tab to see all Inquiries and Reservations associated with the contact. You can log additional information in the Notes tab. If there are photos associated with the contact they are stored under the Photos tab.
MyVR offers three methods to export your MyVR contacts. You can simply export them in a CSV file (generic file for most common spreadsheet apps -- Excel, Pages, etc.) and two popular contact management apps, MailChimp and Constant Contact. When you click on Connect you will be given the opportunity to open an account if you don't already have one.
