MyVR offers three different billing period options:
- Monthly
- Annually
- Every two years
The contract renews on the same day of the month for monthly subscriptions or on the annual or biannual anniversary of the original sign-up date.
To change the billing period:
- Log into MyVR
- Click on your name in the top right corner and, in the drop-down, select Billing
- Click on Upgrade Account
- Choose a billing period
- On the right-hand side of the screen, click Review Purchase
- Click Upgrade Account
Things to know
- A current, valid credit card will need to be entered to complete this change.
- Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. However, all payments are non-refundable.
