Billing periods

MyVR offers three different billing period options:

  • Monthly
  • Annually
  • Every two years

The contract renews on the same day of the month for monthly subscriptions or on the annual or biannual anniversary of the original sign-up date.

To change the billing period:

  1. Log into MyVR
  2. Click on your name in the top right corner and, in the drop-down, select Billing
  3. Click on Upgrade Account
  4. Choose a billing period
  5. On the right-hand side of the screen, click Review Purchase
  6. Click Upgrade Account

Things to know

  • A current, valid credit card will need to be entered to complete this change.
  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. However, all payments are non-refundable.
