Inbox List View 

The Inbox List View allows you to see all the messages you've received from various channels in a single, sortable list view. You have plenty of options to help you navigate through your email. Managing Your Inbox will help you familiarize yourself with them.  For the difference between Inquiries and Messages click here.

 

Inbox Detail View

When you click on a specific email in List View it will open up in Detail View, which is where you issue quotes and provides a host of other options for managing communications with a specific inquirer.

 

Templates & Responders

A valuable way to increase efficiency in managing your communications is by using Templates and Responders. Setting them up is easy and well worth the effort, and can greatly cut down in the time you take managing common inquiries and requests.

 

Contacts

Contacts can be a useful tool, it helps catalog your transactions and helps you locate leads and communication history.

 

 

Settings

The Settings section of your Inbox provides a table for all the inquiry email addresses for your properties, offers choices for how you'd like to be alerted to inquiries and allows inquiry import and export.
