Step 5: Decide how you want to mark this event

  • Events marked as available will allow your property to be booked on that date. Use this for keeping track of property repairs, public holidays and local events etc.
  • Events marked as tentative will show your property as having a tentative booking for that date. Use this for keeping track of tentative bookings taken over the phone.
  • Events marked as reserved will not allow your property to be booked for that date. Use this to manually enter a booking and prevent other renters from booking on the same date. This will show on your public calendars.
  • Events marked as unavailable will not allow your property to be booked for that date. Use this to block renters from renting your property for specific dates.
