Inquiries vs. other messages

The MyVR Messages inbox contains two separate tabs for the emails it receives, Inquiries and Other, with the objective of making it easier to isolate and compile inquiries apart from other messages that come in.

An inquiry can be defined as any email that is directly associated with a potential or actual reservation. The majority of the email the MyVR inbox receives will likely be identified as Inquiries.  

However, other messages may be received that are not directly asking about or associated with a reservation. The Other tab represents a catch-all for this remainder.

Note: If a channel listing exists from a non-integrated source (i.e. a FlipKey account that is not managed by MyVR) our system may not recognize them as inquiries and they may end up in Messages.
