What Is the Difference Between an Inquiry and an "Other" Message?

Your MyVR Inbox contains two separate tabs for the emails it receives, Inquiries and Other, with the objective of making it easier for you to isolate and compile inquiries apart from other messages that come in. 

An inquiry can be defined as any email that is directly associated with a potential or actual reservation.  The majority of the email your MyVR inbox receives will likely be identified as Inquiries.  

However you may sometimes get other messages that are not directly asking about or associated with a reservation.  The Other tab represents a catch-all for this remainder.

Please note that if you have a channel listing from a non-integrated source (i.e. a FlipKey account that is not managed by MyVR) our system may not recognize them as inquiries and they may end up in Messages.
