My Account Overview

The “My Account” section of MyVR allows you to manage your MyVR account. This includes billing information, contact information, users, and more.

Settings

To get to your account settings, go to Setup > My Account > Settings

There are four sections in your account settings: Summary, Company, Your Details, Timezone, and Upgrade Account.

From the summary section, you can view your current plan, number of properties, and number of websites. This section will also display how much you are paying for each of these items.

 You can change your company's contact information in the Company section.

You can also change your account's contact information and password from the Your Details section.

In the Timezone section, you can set the timezone that your company is located in. The selected time zone is used for scheduled messages and other time dependent MyVR functionality.

Finally, you can click on the Upgrade Account tab to change your MyVR plan or billing interval at any time.

 

Billing 

To get to your billing information, including invoices, go to Setup > My Account > Billing

There are three sections in Billing: Invoices, Payment Method, and Upgrade Account.

In the Invoices section, you can view a list of all of your invoices and open itemized receipts for each one.

You can add and remove credit cards in the Payment Method section.

Finally, you can click on the Upgrade Account tab to change your MyVR plan or billing interval at any time.

 

Users

To access your user list, go to Setup >My Account > Users

 

From here you can add, edit, and delete users on your MyVR account.

Notifications

To change your notification settings, go to Setup > My Account > Notifications

From here, you can set an email address at which to receive inquiry alerts. You can also enable text alerts to a phone number.
