The “My Account” section manages billing information, contact information, users, and more.

Settings
To get to account settings, go to Setup > My Account > Settings
There are five sections under account settings: Summary, Company, Personal Profile, Timezone, and Change Plan.
Summary: View the account status, current price plan, the number of properties, and discount options. This is also where the account may be canceled or changed to another price plan.
Company: View or change company contact information
Personal Profile: View or change account contact information and password
Timezone: Set the timezone that the company is located in. The selected time zone is used for scheduled messages and other time-dependent MyVR functionality.
Change Plan: Change price plan, edit billing interval, update billing payment information
Billing
To obtain billing information, including invoices, go to Setup > My Account > Billing
There are three sections in Billing: Invoices, Payment Method, and Upgrade Account.
Invoices: View a list of all billing invoices and open itemized receipts for each one
Payment Method: Add and remove billing credit card information
Upgrade Account: Click on Upgrade Account tab to change the price plan or billing interval.
Users
To access the user list, go to Setup >My Account > Users
Users: Add, edit, and delete users
