Single Property Calendar
- Navigate to Availability > Single Property
Month view of all events related to this property:
- Reservations, include renter name and booking channel
- Calendar blocks and holds
- Inquiries and tentative reservations
- Scheduled cleanings
- Color-coded Booking and Non-Booking Events
Single Property Calendar View Options
- Click dropdown menu next to property name to select another property
- Select/Deselect specific events on calendar view
- Show deleted events
Single Property Calendar Action Options
- Click on any calendar item to view details, edit, or delete
- Create a new inquiry
- Create a new reservation
- Create a new calendar event
- Set up calendar sync
NOTE:
- Calendar sync used for third party integrations, or channels if not using the full integration app
Step 1: Click on Actions dropdown menu
OR Click and drag calendar dates to get pop-up box
Step 2: Select event type to add
Step 3: Fill out fields provided, click Create/Add
NOTE:
- Once you click New Inquiry, you will be brought to the Inquiries section to complete the Inquiry.
- Once you click New Reservation, you will be brought to the Reservations section to complete the Reservation.
- Newly created items appear in the calendar
