MyVR makes it easy to pull data from an account. MyVR offers several applications that can both pull data from an account as well as push data into an account. These can be found by browsing the Apps section of a MyVR account. However, MyVR also offers several exports that allow users to manually export data from an account.
Most data exports in MyVR produce a CSV (comma separated value) document that can be opened in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other popular spreadsheet editing applications. Users can also choose to export the data as JSON if working with a developer.

Users now have two choices: export contacts to one of our connected CRM apps, MailChimp and ConstantContact, or export a CSV/spreadsheet.
To use the apps, click the Manage Application button and users will be directed to install the app if they have not already, and then export contacts.
With these two tools, users can manage lists (including sorting by inquiry and reservation history), create email templates, and reach the right customers with the right message.
Alternatively, users can click the button to down all contacts as a CSV.
These inquiries can then be sorted and filtered by things like name, contact info, etc. in spreadsheet software.
