Organize a team and improve accountability with MyVR's reservation assignment feature. Just like with inquiries, a MyVR user can be assigned to manage a particular reservation. Users will be able to quickly view the reservations they are assigned to, empowering them to focus on what matters.

How it works
There are two ways to assign a user to a reservation.
Assign from the Reservation List:
Step 1: Go to Reservations > Reservations
Step 2: Open the drop-down menu on the right of a reservation entry and click Assign User
Step 3: Select the user to assign
Step 4: View the assigned user by hovering over the reservation details in the list
Assign from the Reservation Detail View:
Step 1: Click on the button next to "Assigned" in the "Stay Details" panel
Step 2: Select the user to assign
Step 3: View the assigned user next to "Assigned" in the Stay Details panel. Click on the assigned user to change it again.
Viewing your assigned reservations
While viewing the list of reservations, click on "Search & Filters". This will open the search panel.
Toggle the "Show Assigned to Me" switch to view the reservations assigned to you, or select any user from the drop-down menu.
