Adding a refundable security deposit

Refundable security deposits can be added to quotes and reservations by associating them with a specific property.  

 

Add a refundable security deposit

Step 1: Click Rental Fees for the property.

Step 2: Open the Rental Fees section of the property.  

Step 3: Click on Add a New Fee (existing fees can be edited by clicking on the fee name)

Step 4: From the Fee Type drop-down, select Refundable Security Deposit. Fill out appropriate fields (Fee Basis, Fee Amount, Included by Default) to create a new deposit fee

Step 5: Click Save Fee
