Step 1: Navigate to Users
Step 2: On the right side, under Actions, select Edit User or Delete User
- Once Delete User is clicked the User will be removed
Edit User or reset password
- The following fields can be edited: First Name, Last Name, User Role
- To reset a User’s password, click Reset Password, then select "Reset via email" or "Specify Password Manually".
- Click Save Changes when done
Property Restrictions
OPTIONAL: Add or edit to restrict User's view to certain properties
Things to know
- The account owner cannot be deleted. To change an account owner, please contact Customer Support
- To reset your own password, go to Settings > Personal Profile
