NOTE:
- Deactivate a property to take it completely offline, and remove the property from your active property count.
- A property needs to be disconnected from third-party channels before deactivating in MyVR. See channel-specific instructions.
- If you no longer manage a property and wish to remove it completely from your property list, use the Delete Property option.
Cancel Channel Listing
Step 1: Follow instructions to disconnect listing on each channel as needed.
Step 2: In MyVR: navigate to Channels > Full Integration
Step 3: Click the connected channel and channel account
Step 4: Click Listings
Step 5: On the specific Listing line, click the drop down arrow, click Cancel Listing
Step 6: Repeat for all channels as needed.
Deactivate an Active Property
Step 1: Navigate to Properties > Properties
Step 2: On the specific Property line, click the drop down arrow, click Deactivate
Step 3: Click Deactivate in the pop-up box to confirm
Deactivate Multiple Properties
Step 1: Click the checkbox next to all relevant properties
Step 2: Click Actions
Step 3: Click Deactivate Selected
Step 4: Click Deactivate in the pop-up box to confirm
Delete a Property
Step 1: Navigate to Properties > Properties
Step 2: On the specific Property line, click the drop down arrow, click Delete
Step 3: Click Delete in the pop-up box to confirm
