You may want to deactivate a property if you no longer manage it, want to take it completely offline, or want to only accept direct bookings through your MyVR Website.
To make sure it's completely off any third-party marketing channels, you'll need to first disconnect it from the channel first. See the channel-specific instructions on how to do that here.
To make sure it's no longer available to be marketed on your MyVR website, or to take it out of your billable active property count, you'll want to also deactivate it.

To cancel a channel listing:
First, follow these instructions on how to disconnect the listing from the integrated channel. Then from the Channel App in MyVR follow these steps;
- On the left-hand navigation, go to Channels > Full integration
- Click on the channel where the listing is active
- Under Listings, click on the property name
- Under Listing Actions, click Cancel Listing
Repeat this process for all channels.
Once the listing has been removed from the channels, deactivate the property.
To deactivate an active property:
- On the left-hand navigation, go to Properties > Properties
- On the property to be deactivated, open the Actions menu to the right of the property
- Select Deactivate
- You can do this in bulk by going to Properties > Properties
- Select all the checkboxes for the properties to be deleted
- Under Actions at the top, select Deactivate Selected
Note: A deactivated property will retain all the property information and can be activated as necessary
To delete a property:
- On the left-hand navigation, go to Properties > Properties
- On the property to be deactivated, open the Actions menu to the right of the property
- Select Delete
