There are currently 3 roles available that can be applied to users within MyVR. They are:
- Administrator - The Administrator role has unrestricted access to do everything in the MyVR dashboard. Every account still has one 'owner', which must be an Administrator
- Power User - The Power User role has permission to do everything in the MyVR dashboard except changing account settings, manage users, or make billing/purchasing decisions. They can modify properties/channels/etc to set up new listings, but cannot activate them because that is a purchasing decision.
- Restricted User - The Restricted User role has permission to handle day-to-day operations (calendar, inquiries, reservations) but cannot make modifications to properties, automation settings, account settings, or make billing/purchasing decisions.
Note: All Roles have read-only access to all resources. Permissions only apply to creating, deleting, or modifying resources. Every user is assigned to one role.
