If a Stripe account in good standing has lost connection or become disabled, try the below two options to reestablish the connection between MyVR and Stripe.
Refresh connection
Step 1: Navigate to Setup > Booking & Payments > Merchant Accounts
Step 2: On the specific Stripe account line, click Actions then Manage
Step 3: In the Status box click the drop-down menu then Refresh Connection
Enable account
On the specific Stripe account line, click Actions then Enable
NOTE:
- The above actions will automatically open Stripe to login to your account
- If neither of these options work to reestablish the Stripe connection, please contact Customer Support.
