If a Stripe account has lost connection or has become disabled, but the Stripe account is in good standing, here are a few things to try to get the Stripe account back up and running.
Refresh connection
- Log into MyVR and go to Setup > Booking & Payments > Merchant Accounts
- Under Actions for the Stripe account to reconnect, click Manage
- Within the More Actions drop-down on the right-hand side, select Refresh Connection
Enable the account
- Log into MyVR and go to Setup > Booking & Payments > Merchant Accounts
- Under Actions for the Stripe account to enable, click Enable
