Why did my renter receive two reservation confirmation emails for different prices?

Guests may be confused when they see two separate reservation confirmations from MyVR and HomeAway for different prices. 

Vrbo/HomeAway charges a service fee for each reservation. The service fee will be a separate charge to the guest, but processed by Vrbo. Vrbo shows the fee in their confirmation email to the guest. The email will include the price of the rental, but this will not be charged twice.

The service fee charge will not be seen in MyVR since the fee goes directly to Vrbo.
