The article below outlines how to permanently disconnect a MyVR listing from any of the channels below. Doing this stops the syncing process so that no data passes from MyVR to the channel.
Once disconnected from MyVR, log into each channel account and set the listing to your desired status.
Warning: Disconnecting the MyVR listings from the channels is a permanent action. Getting them back online through MyVR requires contacting MyVR Support and working with the channels to get them live again. If you want to temporarily take them offline, we recommend applying a calendar block instead to prevent bookings instead.
Airbnb
- Log into Airbnb and go to https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/sync
- Each listing will have an action menu (three dots or lines) where you click “Stop Sync"
- Repeat for each property you want to disconnect from MyVR
Booking.com
- Log into admin.booking.com
- Navigate to each property profile in the top right-hand corner and to go Account and then Channel Manager > Deactivate
- Repeat for each property you want to disconnect from MyVR
Vrbo
- Contact HomeAway/VRBO support pm-support@homeaway.com| or call them at -877-239-2592 to tell them to disconnect your channel management software (MyVR) from your account
TripAdvisor
- Contact TripAdvisor support at pmsupport@tripadvisor.com or call them at 1-877-354-7539 to tell them to disconnect your channel management software (MyVR) from your account.
