Cancelling a listing removes it from the MyVR Channel Application/Connection it is currently connected to.
You may need to cancel a listing from a channel connection if you connected it to the wrong account and need to move it. Or, you may cancel a listing because you want to permanently take the listing down (see disconnect a MyVR listing from a channel integration to fully remove a listing from it's connection to MyVR).
To cancel a channel listing:
- On the left-hand navigation, go to Channels > Full integration
- Click on the channel where the listing is active
- Under Listings, click on the property name
- Under Listing Actions, click Cancel Listing
Repeat this process for all channels.
Once the listing has been removed from the channels, you can deactivate the property.
