Cancel a listing from a channel app

Cancelling a listing removes it from the MyVR Channel Application/Connection it is currently connected to. 

You may need to cancel a listing from a channel connection if you connected it to the wrong account and need to move it. Or, you may cancel a listing because you want to permanently take the listing down (see disconnect a MyVR listing from a channel integration to fully remove a listing from it's connection to MyVR). 

To cancel a channel listing:

  1. On the left-hand navigation, go to Channels > Full integration
  2. Click on the channel where the listing is active
  3. Under Listings, click on the property name
  4. Under Listing Actions, click Cancel Listing

Repeat this process for all channels.

Once the listing has been removed from the channels, you can deactivate the property.
