NOTE:

Change Assigned Worker on a Job

Step 1: Navigate to Navigate to Operations > Cleaners & Mx > Jobs > Active

Step 2: On the specific job line, click the More Actions menu

Step 3: Click Assign Worker

Step 4: Under the current worker, click the dropdown and select Mark declined. 

Step 5:  Add the new worker from Select Worker(s) to Assign dropdown menu.

Step 6: Click Continue to Job Schedule

Step 7: Click Save Job

NOTE:

  • The new worker will receive an email that a new job is available.
  • The previous worker will have the job removed from their "to do" list.
