Update MyVR plan, billing cycle, and payment method
There are two ways to access MyVR Plan details after logging in to MyVR.
1. Navigate to Account Settings, then Click Change Plans:
2. Navigate to Billing, then click Upgrade Account:
On the Choose Your Plan page:
- Select a different plan
- Change billing period: monthly, annually, or every two years
- Click Review Purchase
- Add or update credit card for Plan payment
- For each subscription, the full charge for that term happens upon upgrading.
- Yearly billing starts immediately from the date the account is upgraded and a credit will be received for any portion of the month already paid on the monthly pay cycle.
- The contract renews on the same day of the month for monthly subscriptions or on the annual or biannual anniversary of the original sign-up date.
