Navigate to Billing
There are two ways to access Billing after logging in to MyVR.
1. From the header, click on the drop-down at top right, select Billing:
2. From the sidebar, go to Setup > My Account > Billing:
View Invoices
- View list of invoices including due date, status, and amount
- Click View Invoice to see details
- View invoice details
- Print invoice, make a payment, issue a refund, or record an off-system payment
Upgrade MyVR Account
Step 1: Click Upgrade Account
On the Choose Your Plan page:
- Select a different plan
- Change billing period: monthly, annually, or every two years
- Click Review Purchase
- Add or update credit card for Plan payment
