Add Listings from MyVR to Airbnb

Step 1: Navigate to Apps > Marketplace > Installed 

Step 2: Click Airbnb app, then Airbnb Account

Step 3: Click Add Listings, then Create New Listing on individual property

Fix Listing Errors

Step 1: Review Requirements - Items that need to be fixed before channel listing are marked with a red X. Click Fix It on one item

Step 2: On the Property Page, scroll down to update or complete the flagged item

NOTE: Be sure to scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes

Step 3:  After fixing the errors, navigate back to Channels > Full Integration > Airbnb > [Property Name]

Step 4: Click Health Check. Confirm Validations or repeat above steps to fix additional items

Integrate Listing

• Step 5: After completing fixes, integrate property in one of two ways: 

1. Properties > Properties > [Property Name] > Overview: Under “Active Listings” click the Airbnb logo

2. Channels > Full Integration > Airbnb > [Property Name]: Scroll down past 1. Review Requirements, Verify Calendar, click 3. Start Integration

Status will be “In Progress” - Data is syncing between Airbnb and MyVR and not immediately available

Update Listings in Airbnb 

Step 1: Verify listing in Airbnb: Airbnb platform instructions

• Status = In Progress
• Sync Status = Importing

Step 2:  When Sync Status = Ready to Publish, click Publish

Step 3: Merge with existing Airbnb listing, or create new listing

• Merge with EXISTING Airbnb listing: Select existing Airbnb listing to Merge with newly imported listing, Click Merge Listings. Airbnb platform instructions

• Create NEW Airbnb listing: Click Skip Merging, then click Create (1) Listing

Step 4: Verify connection complete:

• Status = Listed
• Sync Status = Connected

Update Listing Sync Setting 

Airbnb Sync setting defaults to “Pricing and availability”
