Disputes page introduction
MyVR customers can now view a list of all credit card disputes received, including detailed information about each dispute, and a high-level analysis of your overall dispute rate.
Easy links are provided for:
- MyVR reservation details and customer communication history to gather data
- External merchant account to submit evidence and counter the dispute
To view the Disputes page, navigate to Reservations > Disputes
Disputes Summary
- View average dispute rate, with drop-down options for “last 30 days” to “last 365 days”
- View dispute rate per merchant account (if more than one merchant account is used)
- Link to merchant account in MyVR
- Link to external merchant account dashboard
Respond to open disputes
- View new disputes, and disputes that still require a response
- Click to view dispute and reservation details
- Link to external merchant processor to respond to dispute with evidence
View all disputes
- View all disputes at a glance, with date, amount, status, and reason
- Click to view dispute and reservation details
