Airbnb pre-approval for booking requests

MyVR now supports Airbnb pre-approval! 

NOTE: 

  • If a potential renter on Airbnb does not meet the booking requirements, they can send a booking request.
  • To allow the renter to proceed with the reservation, send pre-approval under the Inquiry in MyVR.
  • The reservation is not considered booked until the renter receives the pre-approval and completes the booking.

To pre-approve an Inquiry

Step 1: Navigate to Messages > Inquiries

Step 2: Click Search & Filters. Search for the renter’s name, or filter reservations by Source: Airbnb

Step 3: Open Inquiry

Step 4: Click Actions > Send Pre-approval

NOTE:

* If no action is taken within 24 hours, pre-approval will automatically disappear.

* Once pre-approval expires, you can message the guest or send them a special offer to re-engage.
