View and manage payment schedules
Step 1: Navigate to Setup > Booking & Payments > Payment Settings
Step 2: Click Edit or Delete an existing schedule, or click New Payment Schedule
NOTE: The payment schedule comes with a lump sum payment built in as Default
Step 3: Create schedule name, complete fields, click Save Changes
NOTE:
- Select one to three total payments
- Payment type options:
- -- Flat Amount
- -- Percentage of Rent and Fees
- Payment schedule options:
- -- X Days Before Check-in
- -- X Days after Booking
- -- At the Time of Booking
Add payment schedule to new or existing booking policy
Step 1: Navigate to Setup > Booking & Payments > Booking Policies
Step 2: Click Edit or Copy an existing policy, or click Add New Policy
Step 3: Under Quote Defaults, select payment schedule from the dropdown menu, click Create Policy or Save Changes
