NOTE:
- The Payment Schedule function has the option to create schedules with one, two, or three payments. Most standard booking policies use one or two payments.
- Three payments can be used as a policy for specific properties, or as one-off payment terms for a specific reservation.
Create a three tier payment schedule
Step 1: Navigate to Setup > Booking & Payments > Payment Schedules
Step 2: Click New Payment Schedule
Step 3: Select Number of Payments from dropdown menu
Step 4: Fill out payment, type, amount and timing for each of the three payments
Step 5: Click Create Schedule
Step 6: Add new payment schedule to:
- new or existing booking policy for future bookings
- new quote payment schedule for an existing reservation
