Adding Units to Unit Type Inventory

Add Unit to Unit-Type

Step 1: Navigate to Properties > Properties > Unit-Types

Step 2: Navigate to Child Units

Step 3: Click Add Existing Units tab

Step 4: Select existing property, click Add to Unit-Type

NOTE: The following steps are optional for creating new Units.

Step 5: Click Child Units tab

Step 6: Click Add New Units

Step 7:  Complete new Unit information

-- Number of Units to add

-- Name prefix (defaults to Unit-type name)

-- Select Unit to copy, or create a blank property

Step 8: Click Create New Units

Remove Unit from Unit-Type

Step 1: Navigate to Child Units

Step 2: Under more actions dropdown menu, click Remove this Unit

NOTE: Unit is only removed from Unit-Type, it remains active as a Property

View Unit-Type in All Properties list

• Navigate to Properties > Properties > All
• Unit-types are distinguished from standard properties by the unit-type icon.
• Hover over Unit-type photo to view number of Child Units
