Creating a Building and Unit Type

Create a Building 

Step 1: Navigate to Properties > Properties > Buildings

Step 2: Click Add a Building

Step 3: Complete new Building information:

-- Name of the Building

-- Type = Building

-- Copy content from existing property Unit

Step 4: Click Clone Building

Step 5: Update content specific to building as needed:

-- Headline

-- Description 

-- Photographs (common spaces only)

Create a Unit-Type

Step 1: Navigate to Properties > Properties > Unit-Types

Step 2: Click Add Unit-type

Step 3: Complete new Unit-type information:

-- Name of the Unit-type 

NOTE: Unit-types are unique to each building and should include a building identifier in the name. E.g.: Instead of “1BR” for one-bedroom, “Seaview 1BR” for one-bedroom Unit-type in Building Seaview.

-- Type = Unit-type

-- Copy content from existing property Unit

-- Toggle Yes/No to create new Units now (if units already exist, select “No”. New Units can be added at any time.

Step 4: Click Clone Unit-type

Step 5: Update content specific to Unit-type as needed:

-- Headline

-- Description 

-- Photographs
