Managing Unit Type Reservations

NOTE: To first set up Unit-types, view help article 

View allocated Unit in Unit-type reservation

Step 1: Navigate to Reservations > Reservations 

NOTE: Unit-type reservations are distinguished by the Unit-type icon

Step 2: Click into Reservation

Step 3: Click Unit Allocation tab

Step 4: View Unit allocated to this Unit-type reservation

Step 5 (Optional):  Toggle Yes/No Allocation Locked to manually lock this unit reservation. 

NOTE:

• If Allocation Locked defaults to “Yes”, it is already locked based on Unit Allocation Plan
• See Unit Allocation Plan article for more information

Reallocate Unit in Unit-type reservation

From the Unit Allocate tab, there are two ways to reallocate Units:

1. Select other Unit from dropdown box.
2. Click on other Unit in the Unit Type Availability calendar.
3. Click Optimize to automatically reallocate based on best unit availability.
