NOTE:

• Use Quick Quote to easily provide quotes over the phone or to verify pricing
• Choose to view information only, or proceed with creating a Quote
• Quick Quote can be accessed from all calendar view modes
• For more information on All Properties Calendar, see Help article

View Quick Quote

Step 1: Navigate to Availability > All Properties

Step 2: Click and drag calendar dates for a property, click View Quick Quote

Step 2: Change dates and/or number of guests, to view real-time quote rates.

Step 3: Click Action, Create Quote to proceed with Quote, OR click Close.

NOTE: Quick Quote generates a new quote for the dates selected. It will not display an existing reservation’s quote.
