Create New Automation
Step 1: Navigate to Reporting > Exports > Automation
Step 2: Click + New Automation
Basic Settings
Step 1: Create name for Export Automation
Step 2: Select Export (NOTE: Use search to find specific export)
Step 3: Click Content tab
Automation Email Content
Step 1: Create Email subject line and email body text
Step 2: Click Recipients tab
Automation Email Recipients
Step 1: Choose Recipient Type
Step 2: Select MyVR User from dropdown, OR enter custom email address
Step 3: Continue to click Add Recipient and select/enter emails for multiple recipients
Step 4: Click Send Time
Automation Email Send Time
Step 1: Select Start from date (date of first automated send)
Step 2: Select specific Send Time (e.g. 5:00 pm. Time zone based on your MyVR settings.)
Step 3: Select Schedule frequency (e.g. weekly, monthly)
Step 4: Select End date (date of last automated send)
Step 5: Click Create
Manage Automations
- View Last Sent date
- Toggle Yes/No to Enable Automation
- Edit, Copy, or Delete Automation
- Click Search & Filters to find an Export Automation or filter results.
