NOTE: This option is only visible to users with Unit-Type Inventory enabled.

View Unit-Type Inventory in Availability Calendar

Step 1: Navigate to Availability > All Properties 

Step 2: Click Availability Search

Step 3: Under Property Type click Unit-Type

-- optional: Choose specific Unit-Type from dropdown menu

Step 4: Click Filter Properties

Step 5: View available Units for all Unit-Types

-- Scroll left or right to move calendar dates.

-- Click the calendar date box to see the number of units booked, plus action options.

Step 6: Click on a Unit-Type for Child Units view

View Child Unit Inventory under Unit-Type

Step 7: View specific unit availability, reservations, and other calendar events

-- Scroll left or right to move calendar dates.

-- Click the calendar date box for action options.

NOTE: A non-reservation Calendar Event must be created on the Child Unit level.
