Create New Export
Step 1: Navigate to Reporting > Exports > Exports
Step 2: Click + New Export
Step 3: Select Report Template, click Create
NOTE: Default fields change with each template
Customize Export Fields
Step 1: Remove Selected (default) Fields as needed.
Step 2: Add from list of Available Fields.
NOTE:
- Scroll down to view more Available Fields
- Scroll across to view all columns in Preview Report
Add Filters to Report
Step 1: Click Search & Filters tab
Step 2: Click + Add Additional Criteria
Step 3: Create new Filter Set:
- Choose a field from the dropdown menu
- Choose a date type
-- Specific Date (e.g. Is On or Before April 1, 2021)
-- Relative Date (e.g. Last X number of days)
-- Calendar interval (e.g. Next Week)
Step 4: Click Apply Filter
Step 5: Continue to click + Add Additional Criteria for filters as needed.
Step 6: Click Save Export
NOTE: As filters are added, report data is updated.
Change Export Name
- Click on report name, type over text
Export and Download File
- Click Export & Download for file in CSV format
