View What’s Happening
Step 1: Navigate to Reporting > Views
Step 2: Click View What’s Happening
- Resulting report displays all calendar events:
Customize view options:
1. Click arrow buttons to move calendar date forward or backward
2. Change view from 1 day to 30 days
3. Filter by Property or Property Group
4. De-select calendar events to display
-- Check-in
-- Check-out
-- Payment Due
-- Cleaners & Maintenance Jobs
5. Display shows events per day with event time. Scroll down to view all days selected.
6. Download report as CSV format file
View Contacts
Step 1: Navigate to Reporting > Views
Step 2: Click View Contacts (see screenshot above)
- View contact name, contact type, number of associated Inquiries and Reservations
- Search by contact name
- Filter by contact type: Guests, Contractors, Owners
View Contact Details
- Click on contact name to view associated details
- Edit Contact
- Click to view Reservation and Inquiry details
Add New Contact
Step 1: Click Add Contact from View Contacts screen
Step 2: Select Contact Role, fill out contact details
Step 3: Click Save Details
