Setting Same Day Turn Rule for a Property

NOTE:

• Same Day Turn allows a renter to check in the same day the previous renter checks out.
• The Same Day Turn rule can be disabled. This will restrict a new renter from checking in until the day after the previous renter's check-out.

Access Property Rental Rates Advanced Options

Step 1: Navigate to Properties > Properties > [Property Name]

Step 2: Click Rental Rates

Step 3: Under General Settings, click Edit Options

NOTE:

• A Default Rate Plan must be selected to access Advanced Options.
• If you DO NOT see Advanced Options, follow these steps:

Step 1: Under Rate Plan, select a Default Plan from the dropdown menu

Step 2: Under General Settings, click Edit Options

Step 3: Follow the steps below to enable Same Day Turns

Step 4: Change Rate Plan back to the original plan

Set Property Same Day Turn Rule

Step 1: Toggle Yes/No to enable or disable Same Day Turns

Step 2: Click Save Settings
