- Use the MyVR channel settings to provide specific phone and email contact information for guests who book through the Vrbo channel integration.
- If Channel Contact information is left blank, Vrbo guest contact information will default to contact information found under Setup > Account > Settings > Company.
Update Contact Information for Vrbo Guests
Step 1: Navigate to Apps > Installed > Homeaway [for PMs or for Owners]
Step 2: Click on your Homeaway / Vrbo Account
Step 3: Click Channel Settings > Channel Contact
Step 4: Complete contact information to display for the selected Vrbo account.
Step 5: Click Save Contact
NOTE: For additional connected Vrbo accounts, repeat steps 2 through 5.
