Removing a Guest Review on Vrbo

NOTE:

  • For bookings made through the MyVR Vrbo channel integration, guest review removal requests can be made through MyVR Support.
  • The decision for review removal is made by Vrbo.
  • For more information, see Vrbo's Content Guidelines.

Request Removal of Vrbo Review

Step 1: Open a ticket with MyVR Support with booking details and the reason for review removal.

Step 2: MyVR Support will send the request to Vrbo to investigate.

Step 3: Once Vrbo investigates the request, MyVR Support will confirm the review has been removed or advise further based on Vrbo's response.
