NOTE:

Minimum Stay Rule

• Minimum Stay is based on the industry-standard maximum minimum stay for all dates.
• For example:

• Minimum Stay for 4 nights from July 1 through July 4.
• The above custom rate allows for check out dates based on maximum minimum stay as follows:

Overlapping Custom Rates Rule

• When there are overlapping custom rates, the price is taken from the shorter rate period.
• The length is based on the length of the rate period, not the number of days in the reservation.
• For example: 

• Aug 15 is an overlapping date.
• The Peak Summer custom rate period is 32 days long.
• The Late Summer custom rate is 17 days long.
• Aug 15 is calculated at the Late Summer rate, the shorter rate period.
• To price Aug 15 at the Peak Summer rate, simply start the Late Summer period with Aug 16.
