Troubleshooting: Property Location on Channel Listing

If a MyVR property does not appear under the correct location/city search results on an integrated channel, try the following:

1: Search the location only (with no dates) on the channel website. Zoom in/out on the map to confirm the property is showing under the general listing search.

2: Contact MyVR Support to provide the location coordinate details for the property.

3: Share the coordinates provided with your channel contact. If needed, request the coordinates to be updated with the channel.
