Listings may be in "Error" status for several reasons including a recent sync failure, the listing was switched offline in the channel, new content added to the listing that is not allowed, new requirements set by the channel.
To review why your listing may be offline or in "error" status, complete the following:
1. Go to the channel app
2. Click into the impacted listing. Listing dropdown > "View Listing"
3. Click the "Health Check" tab
4. Review validation checks. If all checks pass, go to the "Summary & Status" tab and click Listing Action > health check
5. If the listing stays in "error" status, please contact the MyVR support team to identify the issue. Another solution is logging into the channel and reviewing status messages from the channel.
